Two booklets and a brochure on how the TS-CRC
defines healthy landscapes are available. The publications stem
from workshops, held in late 1999 by the TS-CRC, on developing
measures and attributes to define the health of Australia's
savannas. This new way of looking at landscapes aims to involve the
whole range of savanna land users in managing for healthy country.
The TS-CRC canvassed a wide range of people—both landholders
and scientists—to develop the definition.
