Operations Manager NAILSMA
Up to 2 year fixed term full time appointment — Located
in Darwin
Remuneration Package - HEW Level 10 - $83 878 per annum
The Operations Manager will work closely with, on behalf of and
under the direction of the Executive Officer in order to ensure
operational requirements of the NAILSMA team meet the needs of
staff, NAILSMA Board and external stakeholders.
NAILSMA Economic Development Research Project Coordinator
— TRaCK
Up to 3 year fixed term full time appointment — Located
in Darwin
Remuneration Package - Academic Level B - $67 510 to $80 170
per annum
This position will manage, under the direction of the NAILSMA
Executive Officer, the suite of projects in Theme 6 of the Tropical
Rivers and Coastal Knowledge Research (TRaCK) Hub and undertake any
other work as directed by the Executive Officer toward team
achievements.
Program Officer – NAILSMA Indigenous Ecological
Knowledge
Up to 18 months fixed term full time appointment —
Located in Darwin
Remuneration Package - Academic Level A - $47 258 to $64 135
per annum
The main function of the position is to support the
implementation of in-situ Indigenous Ecological Knowledge programs
for the recording, recovery, maintenance, and application of
Indigenous Ecological Knowledge (IEK) across the region designated
to the position. The Program Officer will be responsible for the
formation of an IEK reference group, advertising the call for
expressions of interest and coordinating selection of appropriate
projects to be funded. The role also requires succinct reporting
and support to the Executive Officer of NAILSMA, commitment to
stakeholder aims and support of projects as directed in relation to
team and project deliverables.
Project Coordinator — NAILSMA Indigenous Water
Network
Up to 3 year fixed term full time appointment — Located
in Darwin
Remuneration Package - HEW Level 8/9 - $67 104 to $82 762 per
annum
The Coordinator of the Indigenous Water Network will work under
the direction of the Executive Officer to establish the Indigenous
Community Water Facilitator Network across northern Australia. The
Coordinator will liaise with relevant NAILSMA staff, the Indigenous
Water Policy Group, research, government and non government
organisations on a day-to-day basis with emphasis on practical
communication, dissemination and gathering of relevant information
in relation to the network.
NAILSMA - Financial Officer
Up to 3 year fixed term full time appointment — Located
in Darwin
Remuneration Package - HEW Level 7/8 - $59 648 to $76 049 per
annum
The Financial Officer role is responsible for all financial
requirements of the Alliance in its Darwin office. The position
will provide relevant support and information on financial matters
to the Executive Officer, Board of Management, Associated
Committees, Operations Manager and project team.
Personal Assistant and Team Administration Officer NAILSMA
Up to 3 year fixed term full time appointment — Located
in Darwin
Remuneration Package - HEW Level 5 - $46 599 to $54 054 per
annum
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing
high-level assistance to the Executive Officer and general
administration support to the alliance staff in its Darwin office.
The position will manage the diary, travel and other requirements
of the Executive Officer from day to day and provide relevant
support to the Operations Manager and the NAILSMA team.
